Discipline is an important factor in
student achievement, and the behavior of students directly
impacts their ability to learn in the classroom.
Respect, Achieve, Cooperate (RAC) is a program that provides
students with a method to control their own behavior.
The program includes built-in incentives to motivate
students to achieve through respect and cooperation.
Students lose RAC points due to inappropriate classroom
behaviors. However, the RAC program also provides
opportunities for students to regain lost points through
positive behaviors. Students must keep their point
totals above a certain level to remain eligible for school
and extracurricular events. |
