To withdraw
from school one must come to the Guidance office to sign a
withdrawal form. All books and school property should
be returned to the school. All fees due must be paid.
The grades earned will be put on the withdrawal form by the
teachers. Return this form to the Guidance office to
get a copy and to get the final clearance. |
