I am a
1989 graduate of Franklin County. I received a A.A.
degree in General Education from Emmanuel College. In
addition, I graduated from the University of Georgia
with a B.A. degree in Special Education. I began
teaching Special Education at Franklin County Middle
School in the Fall of 1998. My husband Terry and I have
two daughters. Riley age 6 and Presley age 2. My hobbies
include spending time with my family.
Furthermore, one of my most memorable moments was being
nominated as Franklin County Middle School 's 2003-2004
Teacher of the Year. Teaching is my passion! I enjoy
teaching the various learning styles that my students
have to offer.
In
conclusion, I feel that God has lead me into my
profession. There is so much to teach and my job is
never done. I am confident in knowing that I do make a
difference in the students lives that I teach.
