Other Info: I was born and raised in Florida, the
middle child of five children. I moved to Stephens
County, Georgia in 1991 to go to graduate school. I grew
up in the country, generally on one sort of farm or the
other, and enjoyed the outdoor freedoms of living such a
life. My father is a Baptist minister, and my mother is
the music director in a small church in northern
Florida. Currently, I live in Hull, Georgia, with my
youngest son, Zachary, and my daughter, Bethany.
Favorite Quote: “Give a man a fish and you feed
him for the day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him
for a lifetime. –Chinese Proverb”
Hobbies: Other than spending time with my
children, I love research, statistics, and using the
Internet. I am artistically talented and design and sew
photographic quilts using traditional techniques of
quilting and modern techniques for printing photos on
cloth.
