Hello, my name is Julie Franklin. This is my first year co-teaching in sixth grade language arts, and I am also teaching math and reading. I am thrilled about the opportunity to work with this great group of young people. I am originally from Franklin County, but I later relocated to Elbert County where I currently reside. I have been married for almost twenty years, and I have two children. I graduated from Emmanuel College in 2010 Valedictorian Summe Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and I am currently working on my Master's degree in Teaching and Learning with a specialization in Special Education from Liberty University. I hope to graduate this December. For fun, my favorite activity is spending time with my family.
