I am Cher Outz
Breedlove, the media specialist at FCMS. I graduated
FCHS in 1991 and then went on to obtain my BS in
Early Childhood Ed. from Emmanuel College, my MEd in
Special Education from Clemson University, and an
EdS Educational Administration and Supervision from
Lincoln Memorial. I am certified in Middle Grades-
Language Arts, Social Studies, and Reading, and just
finished the certification program in Instructional
Technology-School Library Media at the University
of West Georgia. This is my third year in the media
center. Prior to that, I taught 8th grade for 12
years at FCMS. I also coach cheerleading.
I am married, with two
children: Bo and Bailee. I attend Pleasant
Hill Baptist Church in Lavonia. I enjoy spending
time with my family, scrapbooking, camping, and
now...kickboxing!
